Video feeds operate continuously but remain inaccessible to the public. Only LVT clients, who lease the units, can access them to collaborate with law enforcement in addressing suspicious incidents, thus enhancing area safety and security.
The business deploying the LVT Platform retains exclusive access to all camera footage and data. While limited LVT personnel access footage for technical support and quality assurance purposes for our customers, requests from third parties must be made through the footage owner.
Footage is typically kept for 30 days. Each customer can customize this period to meet their specific needs.
If you are a client, please contact your account manager or technical support for footage.
If you are not a client, any footage our units capture is privately owned (by the client leasing the unit) and we are unable to give out any information or footage.

Using a certified field technician for any and all moves, repairs, or adjustments to a mobile unit is LVT’s recommendation to our customers. It is the customer's responsibility to understand the regulations of each state and official LVT procedures for the proper setup, takedown, and transportation of a mobile unit. Read more here.
