What are the blue lights flashing in parking lots?

Each LVT mobile unit comes with strobe lights and floodlights. By keeping your property and parking lot well lit, you can deter intruders and other criminal activity.

Is LVT a passive or active security system?

Active. LVT helps prevent crime before it happens. Our mobile surveillance units enable 24/7 live remote video monitoring, and are equipped with game-changing features, like:

Depending on your chosen camera configuration, LVT cameras can detect humans up to 1,200 ft.

Am I under surveillance?

Video feeds operate continuously but remain inaccessible to the public. Only LVT clients, who lease the units, can access them to collaborate with law enforcement in addressing suspicious incidents, thus enhancing area safety and security.

Who can access the footage?

The business deploying the LVT Platform retains exclusive access to all camera footage and data. While limited LVT personnel access footage for technical support and quality assurance purposes for our customers, requests from third parties must be made through the footage owner.

How long is footage kept?

Footage is typically kept for 30 days. Each customer can customize this period to meet their specific needs.

How can I request footage?

If you are a client, please contact your account manager or technical support for footage.

If you are not a client, any footage our units capture is privately owned (by the client leasing the unit) and we are unable to give out any information or footage.

What should I do if I notice or cause damage to one of your units?

What are your hours?

General office hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM MT.Shipping and receiving hours are from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM MT.

No early pick-ups or drop-offs are allowed. Please talk to your broker about specific pick-up and drop-off arrangements.

How do I handle billing issues or invoice payments?

Call our number at 801-221-9408 and select “Accounts Payable” or “Accounts Receivable” for all invoice and billing issues.

How can I get technical support for my unit or account?

Please call 888-588-9408 and select our “Client” option to be connected to our tech support team.

I am with law enforcement and need assistance. Who should I contact?

For law enforcement or legal requests, please email videorequest@lvt.com. For legal matters, additional contact information may be provided as needed.

LVT cannot release footage to the public.

I need to move my unit. How do I go about this?

Using a certified field technician for any and all moves, repairs, or adjustments to a mobile unit is LVT’s recommendation to our customers. It is the customer's responsibility to understand the regulations of each state and official LVT procedures for the proper setup, takedown, and transportation of a mobile unit. Read more here.

How much do LVT Units cost?

LVT Units can cost anywhere from $1,500 to $4,000 depending on your needs and configurations.
